SACRIS Interior Architecture & Design kitchen with twelve-foot waterfall island in leathered black stone, white oak and navy cabinetry, and Wolf gas rangetop, North Andover Massachusetts

North Andover Whole-Home Renovation

Wellness-Centered Kitchen & Reconfigured First Floor

A family residence reimagined as a warm, light-filled retreat defined by architectural clarity.

The original kitchen was long and narrow, its working zone concentrated at one end while the remainder of the room went underused. A poorly placed exterior door fragmented circulation further. Rather than expand the footprint, the plan redistributed structural mass — embedding full-height refrigeration and stacked ovens within structural zones to widen the room and make space for a twelve-foot waterfall stone island with integrated appliances and layered work zones.

White oak cabinetry, reeded glass, and a blue-stained walnut bar add quiet texture within a restrained palette. A great room crowned by a shallow coffered white oak ceiling, and a serene primary suite with its own paneled ceiling and an expansive oak and marble bath, carry that language through the house. The result is cohesive and thoughtfully detailed, designed for gathering and daily life..
